Delivering FM in Healthcare

Logo of CBRE

CBRE provides bespoke, patient first maintenance-driven facilities management (FM) solutions to the healthcare sector.  We deliver tailored solutions for different environments, which enable your management and clinical staff to support great patient outcomes.

Now is a critical time in the NHS, as the need to optimise building usage for clinical use becomes more important, against a backdrop of delivering FM services in a sustainable way to support the Net Zero Carbon agenda.

Some of the current themes we are noticing across both our private and public healthcare sectors include:

  • Focusing on value for money baseline costs.
  • Implementation of technology to support data driven solutions.
  • Increasing levels of compliance with Department of Health and Social Care standard and regulations e.g. HTM, HBN and CQC.
  • Operational excellence with a people led culture.
  • A focus on social value – embedding local community engagement and sustainability into service delivery.
  • Creating exceptional clinical facilities that appeal to patients and enhance their interaction and experience.
  • Managing and developing minor improvements and complex capital projects often in support of backlog maintenance.
