Oncology treatment hotline

If you are currently receiving or have recently undergone anti-cancer treatment, and require urgent advice you can call the 24-hour Oncology Treatment Hotline.

You can call 01483 571122 24 hours a day, seven days a week and ask the operator for the Oncology Treatment Hotline. You will be asked for your full name, contact number, and the name of your consultant. A member of our team will aim to call you back within 30 minutes, however it can be longer during busy periods.

If you or the person you are calling about is experiencing chest pain, struggling to breath, has lost consciousness, had a seizure, or severe bleeding, please hang up and call 999.
