We want every patient to feel informed about and play an active role in decisions about their care. Patient information leaflets are there to provide you with additional information about a condition or course of treatment to help you when you make decisions.

They can also help you with ways to care for yourself if you have been diagnosed with a condition or following an injury.

Our patient information leaflets are written by our clinicians and reviewed regularly.
