Nominate your Royal Surrey Star for 2024
The annual Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust staff awards are open for 2024! And the Trust is inviting the local community to nominate for two specific awards; the Patients’ Choice Award for an individual and the Patients’ Choice Award for a team.
Anyone, patient, carer or family member can nominate for one of these Patients’ Choice Awards.
Have you experienced care from anyone within the Royal Surrey hospitals in Guildford, Milford, Haslemere or Cranleigh who you feel deserves a special recognition for the work they do?
Perhaps a team or an individual who has had an especially positive impact on your care or who supported your loved ones through the experience? It could simply be for someone who made you smile. These awards are the opportunity to say “thank you”.
To help acknowledge members of staff who shine and make a real difference, the Trust is asking you to write about your experience and nominate them now.
You can do so by completing the short nomination form.
The closing date for 2024 nominations is Tuesday 23 July at 11.59pm.
