Clothing: Baby yoga is a parent assisted baby activity and as such doesn't require specific adult clothing however we recommend that you wear items that allow the full range of movement and that you feel comfortable wearing while sat on the floor. For the class the baby will require a short sleeved vest
A soft towel/changing mat: Your course facilitator will provide yoga mats and a selection of toys for your baby's comfort and entertainment however we recommend bringing your own familar smelling towel/changing to place on top of the yoga mat for added comfort during the on mat moves.
Optional: cushion: For safety some elements of Baby Yoga are performed on a yoga mat on the floor. You are welcome to bring a small cushion to aid your comfort when sitting on the floor.
